Our team

Spheratest is a consulting firm composed of a multidisciplinary team of experienced professionals. The commitment and participation of all team members within the company are the guarantee of our success. Spheratest was founded with a spirit of collaboration and equity, of which we take great pride. We support and advise real estate developers, financial institutions, and insurers by assessing and controlling their environmental risks to secure their investments.
Our management team, comprised of domain experts, actively engages in the company's operations and remains available for clients, collaborators, and suppliers.

Véronique Poulin P.T., M.Env. EESA® Associate, Development and Strategy
A member of the Order of Professional Technologists of Quebec and an Environmental Site Assessor (EESA®) accredited by AQVE, Véronique holds graduate degrees in Environmental Studies from the University of Sherbrooke and in Arts and Letters from the University of Montreal. She has also pursued her passion for ecology by completing training in geology and environmental education (ERE) at UQAM. With her field experience, industry knowledge, collaborative spirit, and a taste for development, she has been ensuring the sound management of the company for nearly twenty years. A dedicated professional and lover of the great outdoors, Véronique rejuvenates herself on a squash court or in the forest.
Frédéric Clair B.Sc., M.Env., EESA® Associate, Environmental Director
After completing his bachelor's degree in biology in 2002 at the University of Sherbrooke, Frédéric earned a master's degree in Environmental Studies in 2004 and a second-cycle microprogram in environmental auditing in 2005. He has been an Environmental Site Assessor (EESA®) accredited by AQVE since 2006 and has been recognized since 2013 by the MELCCFP to conduct environmental study attestations under the requirements of Section IV, Chapter IV of the Environmental Quality Act. In the context of real estate transactions, industrial activity cessation, or the redevelopment of industrial brownfields, he has conducted numerous Phase I, II, and III environmental site assessments (ESAs) and participated in the remediation of numerous industrial and commercial sites. As a founding member of Spheratest Environment and drawing on his experience, Frédéric oversees the operations of the environmental studies department.
Marc Le Jossec Géo Associate, Sales Director
Marc is a geologist and has been a member of the Quebec Order of Geologists (OGQ) since 2006. He graduated from the University of Quebec in Montreal with a degree in applied geology in 2001. He began his career in mineral resource exploration and now focuses on the challenge of environmental protection. In the past, Marc has been responsible for permit applications for soil treatment, specifications, and environmental studies related to the removal of hydrocarbon tanks and the application of the Soil Protection and Contaminated Land Rehabilitation Policy within the MELCCFP. Drawing on his field experience in environmental characterization and soil geotechnical work, Marc primarily focuses on selling services to our clientele and managing the company. In his free time, Marc enjoys reading and spending time in the forest.
